Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You will help shape architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and drive innovation that supports RoGy's mission of delivering scalable, world-class software.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and deployment of applications using C#, .NET Core MVC and modern mobile frameworks (Flutter or React Native).
Architect and optimize PostgreSQL or SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
Review code, enforce best practices and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and stakeholders to deliver robust features.
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring and cloud deployments.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system security and performance.
Participate in strategic planning for the technology stack and development roadmap.

Requirements

5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core MVC and building RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with Flutter or React Native for mobile development.
Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and query optimization.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex projects independently.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Willingness to work on-site and lead technical discussions.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

You will be working on internal products and client projects, building scalable solutions that make a global impact. This role is ideal for a developer eager to learn, collaborate and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core MVC.
Build mobile applications with Flutter or React Native — training provided if needed.
Work with PostgreSQL or SQL Server to design and optimize databases.
Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment.
Collaborate with the team in person to brainstorm, plan and deliver solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in software development, or solid internship and project work.

RoGy Technologies is looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful and user-friendly digital experiences for our internal products and client projects. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers and stakeholders to translate ideas into seamless user flows and high-quality interfaces that make our technology easy to adopt and love.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, analyse feedback and create wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
Design engaging interfaces for web and mobile, in Flutter and React Native environments.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides.
Iterate quickly on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
Champion user-centred design principles across the organization.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first best practices.
Able to produce both low-fidelity wireframes and polished high-fidelity UI.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent English.
Willing to work on-site and engage with developers regularly.

Nice to have

Experience designing enterprise software or SaaS applications.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and usability testing methods.
Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS, React Native styling) for a smoother handoff.
